In these terms and conditions, "we", "us", "TPCS" and "ecocard" means The Plastic Card Shop® Ltd

All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.
- b. Logos, names, images and trademarks on the Website are proprietary rights of the TPCS group. Nothing on the Website confers on any user the right to use any such logo, name, image or trademark, without our prior permission
- c. You shall retain ownership of all copyright of data you submit to the Website but grant us a royalty-free, non-terminable licence to use in order to meet the requirements of your orders.
4. Products and Services Terms and Conditions
- a. The content of the Website does not constitute an offer by us to sell products and services, this will be confirmed after you make an application to purchase appropriate products or services which we have validated.
